The DELIVERY or CONSTRUCTION PHASE is the final step of a data centre project. The owner can chose from a variety of options.

IN-HOUSE - If the resources are available, the project could be completed by the owner's personnel.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - The owner could select a General Contractor to manage the tender and construction process. Racon Engineering Inc. can act as the Project Manager if desired.

TURNKEY - An alternative to splitting a project would be to contract with Racon Engineering Inc. to build the complete facility. A turnkey project typically includes:

  • Permits and Approvals as Required
  • Project Management
  • Labour and Materials
  • Equipment
  • Commissioning of Equipment Supplied
  • "As-Built" Drawings
  • Complete User Documentation and Training For Equipment Supplied
  • One Year Warranty
